You will now choose which items to import and select where to import them to. To import the entire backup file, select the root folder of the backup (Outlook Data File) and check the box to Include subfolders.

Alternatively, you may select specific pieces of the backup file to import into your mailbox, such as the calendar or contacts only, by choosing that folder individually.

Select Import items into the same folder in and select the destination mailbox from the drop-down box.

Please note:
The size of the import file will determine the length of the import time. If importing the data into a 1&1 Mail Business or Microsoft® Exchange 2013 by 1&1 mailbox, it will likely take time until all of the imported data is uploaded to the server where it will later be available from the web portals or other machines/devices that have access to that account.
